20X12 box stall with automatic waters and mats – each stall has a 30 foot turn out attached to it that can be modified to any needed size or removed completely.

• Well-lit barn with a barn manager that resides the  premises

• Stalls cleaned daily/Daily turnout-observation

• Feed – 3 times per day (Grass/Alfalfa mix) other feed available if needed

• Basic Grooming – Fly Spray applied as needed – Additional Cost

• Wash Rack – Ferrier Area

• Blanketing – Additional Cost

• Supplements – You provide your own

• Medication administered under vet direction – Additional Cost

Cross-fenced Irrigated Pasture turnout daily – weather permitting

Basic arena – no lights/watered in the summer.
